Great service, I've been with them for years. I had a couple of problems with non receipt of goods I'd ordered and they refunded me immediately.

Because I have only used the security code generator infrequently I have to read the instructions every time, it is fiddly and time consuming. With the introduction of increased security I will either get used to it or give up on it!

Although this is convenient for me as it is instant access and I have a 1st Account, the interest rate is so low and constantly being reduced that I am going to shop around to try to find a better rate.
