On the rare occasions I have to contact the bank I always find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They understand why I am calling without my having to tell them repeatedly and they always get the matter resolved very quickly.

I have banked with the Co-op since 2001 and even though I am frequently offered cash incentives by other banks to transfer I would not do so. When I need to call them, the staff are always helpful and friendly with a great knowledge of their products.
