It's a very useful bridge between fiat & crypto. Still, needs to improve Insights & payee list as it's a bit of mess. If I want to use it on holiday, a separate budget should be in place (not all mix up in one). User interface should look more professional, as for now it still looks like it's designed for kids only.

It's a challenging service user, which is NOT improving in last 2 years. They do NOT pay attention to most customer complains, customer support is (probably) run by a single person. Business idea and investment opportunities are very promising, but technical part of service is fiasco.

Rarely using it as it's not fully crypto friendly. Not enough categories. If you have a direct debit set up, you won't see any statistics about it. UI clean and smooth, but technical part and services needs improvement. They also OVER-advertising stock investment, but ignoring a real investments in crypto, sad really. They want to be everywhere, but only good at international transfers.

Using as investment account, mainly into cryptocurrencies. Also for charity, international, lottery ticket payments. It needs to improve UI as current is too funky & unprofessional. Also, analytic part should be easy to use, not confusing.

Using as a bill paying account. Not happy that my added Revolut Euro and USD accounts do not show its Trends, only GBP ones. Did report it, but looks like no one cares. Apart of that, strong 4* feedback is earned by them. Also, crypto friendly, so using to top up my crypto portfolio on CoinBase

I like the product, but NOT the management.
Using account as bill paying tool, but always aware that Monzo can go funny and close my account with no reason. That's why keeping extra rent money aside, just in case.
Not the best reputation about them so far from my environment people. I am happy to keep an account and use it, but it would be NO skin off my nose it it would get closed.

Love my GBP & Euro accounts. Very professional UI, great functionalities and tools. Need more categories to private private accounts. Business account has plenty different categories.
But something happened with customer support in 2021 as it is not efficient as it was before. Still waiting for responses to my emails sent to Starling in Feb & Apr 2021 (yes, 2021).
In 2020 my feedback was solid 5*, but not any more.
Hopefully, Starling will pick up on issues soon

Handy tools, friendly user interface.
But sadly Monzo relies too much on their scripts and closing down genuine accounts too. That's why their reputation is not as good as Starling bank
