What you ghave to remember is a true bank would never have taken a deposit then freeze account a true bank would not have accepted deposit and told you to contact them. Always remember that.

Pock it blocked my money now for nearly 6weeks. Go to RESOLVER.They escalate it to ombudsman. [email protected] automated. No response.they dont reply on social media. Says account under review.no timeframe. Read T pilot reviews.shocking bad. Use resolver they give a date when they escalate it on your behalf. They faking gud reviews because bad are outweighing them. Same names on auto emails are on reviews. Hopefully ombudsman will report them.what are you waiting for resolver gives hope
