It was easy for me to transfer an existing investment ISA and the choice of fund was easy to navigate. The fees are low which is a big selling point but also the online account is very clear about the fees, there are no hidden costs. I can see easily how my fund has grown. It just seems much simpler and more user friendly than my previous experiences.
