Swapped over from Post Office (which were great) and had nothing but trouble since. They owed me £300 for 5 months. I've eventually got it back so will close this account immediately before they have an opportunity to mess it up again. To close the account you are supposed to call customer services- I won't be wasting another hour of my life on the phone just for the whole conversation to be ignored.. Letter to them will be sent so there's a record! Would not recommend this company ever. Terrible service.
