We have most of our insurances with Aviva and when we booked a last minute trip to France adding the European cover was a doddle and reasonably priced.

First balance transfer attempt failed due to a problem with going through Quidco, spoke to customer services on the phone and the were really helpful. 2nd Try was perfect.

Never had any problems with Aviva, really easy to call and discuss pricing with them on renewal, always feel like we get a good price when we receive the renewal and love the aviva advantages (Rugby tickets!)
