I cannot praise First Direct enough. They answer the phone quickly and are always knowledgeable and professional. The 5% rate on the Regular Saver account beats many others hands down and their website is easy to use. So glad I switched from a competitor.

They do nothing to help my business at all. Mo one there knows me or the business, they provide zero service and payq peanuts for interest. A total disaster. Avoid.
