Ive had my card a fair few years now. I like how I am sent an email each month telling me my new statement is ready to view. It is so easy to view and pay.

Having got a few cheques to put into my account I stood waiting, lady came over and told me about the machine where you can pay in. yes I knew about that, but I had several cheques and thought it would be easier for me to use the cashier. upon getting to the cashier I was told of the machine again! yes I know I told her, and informed her I had more than 5 cheques to deposit. It made me very unwelcomed and made to think I shouldn't be using the cashier.
