Appalling!

Since JaJa took over from the Post Office, my card does not work and I can't access my account. Twice I have called and been informed that someone will call me back 'as soon as possible', but nobody ever does. It is very worrying that I can't see what has been going on with my account. I was going to call customer services but it is a premium number which may charge me up to 55p per minute. Why should I have to pay to complain? I tried to send an email, twice, but both times it failed to go through. Maybe that is how they keep complaints down. The Post Office used to be really efficient, but the standards have dropped so much and are so dreadful that I resent having to give as much as one star for the service. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021
