Would you believe it after 7 days I got a call from JaJa security department. They would not tell me why my card and account had been blocked until I answered a few security questions one was details of transactions on my account. Has my account had been blocked I explained this was difficult so asked for my account to be closed. Your account can not be closed until you are able to answer the security questions. I would like to meet Mr Chan the current CEO to see which planet he lives on.
