Metro Bank has a unique system where customers have a personal service delivered and the mortgage advisors are informative, approachable and very helpful. Customers are able to contact the advisor directly and they respond quickly. The rates are competetive. I have used Metro Bank 5 times for my mortgages and would recommend them highly. A high street bank who still gives a personal ans efficient service. That is their uniqur trademark!
