I have used Monzo for a few years now and not only do they keep delivering amazing features in their app their customer service is on point! Quick, helpful and friendly. It’s exactly how banking should be. Thanks Monzo for changing the out of date banking model and making banking more of a pleasure than a chore!

Having a mortgage with Barclays was a breeze and having a tracker to know where you are in their process was great. The service they provide makes mortgages less daunting and easier to understand.

With their app it is so easy to see what you owe, how much it would cost to pay it off early and for an added bonus what your borrowing power is like. Nothing is hidden or hard to see!

Not only does this bank show others in the high street how it should be done with their app and the way they display finances but every time I have contacted them about a whole range of different things they have been quick, helpful and given amazing customer service! I would recommend them to everyone who cares about how they spend their money and wanting control over their finances.
