I received a letter informing me that my house insurance was due for renewal shortly and in view of the fact my son had just purchased an expensive pushbike, I rang their customer services number to enquire about its cover. The young man I spoke to was polite and courteous and gave me details of our present policy but told me that as from August the price would increase. I told I was disappointed regarding this so he tried his best to improve on the cost but to no avail. However he then went on to offer us a loyalty price which would save us a considerable amount over the year.
I was also very pleased to learn that my son's pushbike was already included and would be fully insured. All in all I commend the company and would recommend them.
