I complained about a practice - which most banks do - of taking Monday DD money over the preceeding weekend. They replied that they are changing their policy and gave me a firm date from whivch this will come into effect.

I had a problem with one payment and they told me thet would cancel my policy or pay the remainder, well I told them I couldn't afford a lump sum so was told I could just not pay, the policy would lapse and that would be it. Only after a few months they then asked me for another payment due to the lapsed policy, so I was outright lied to. They are still hounding me for payment, not good for a new mum who is very tired anyway.

I can access all my details and documents online which is very useful. I can also make any changes to my policy online, quick and easy.
