If you have a non-fault accident, they will automatically put you on to a credit hire agreement for a replacement car without your knowledge. This unnecesarily bumps up the cost and the third party insurer will refuse to pay out. YOU WILL THEN BE LIABLE FOR EXCESSIVE CAR HIRE CHARGES AND LEGAL COSTS!
