If you intend to use when abroad - 100% recommend
If you require customer service - it's non existent. I paid a substantial deposit for a new kitchen fitting - the Company has gone bust - 5 phone calls each in excess of 35 minutes 1 letter mailed over 2 weeks ago no progress . Cannot speak to anyone, email anyone - it is a joke, how this bank is allowed to operate in this manner is beyond me AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you are likely to need any customer service
