Joining was a surprisingly smooth process, they offer a lot of financial advice and send you interesting content. They upped my limit within a few months of me using the service in a responsible manner. I had two credit cards with two other credit companies prior to having the Post Office Credit Card and I never got any communication from them nor did I get a higher credit limit, only messages I would receive were text messages to remind me of when payments were due so I simply cancelled those services. Post Office - team are personable and it feels like they like to engage and really care about your customers.

Such as viewing card details, that's a big one - I don't really like to have to get out my card every time I'm purchasing something online I should be able to review my cc details on the app.. having a IBAN to receive international transfers - should be a given but it isn't. The card is also not accepted in a few platforms when doing online purchases for some reason. I've got another MasterCard with another online banking provider and that ones works everywhere. In terms of customer service: not really speedy or friendly. Never been offered an overdraft despite it being my main account for 2 years in comparison with another online banking provider that have offered me an overdraft as soon as I moved my monthly salary to be transferred there (I don't use it but it's nice to be offered and have the option to). The other provider also rewards me with interest for moving my money through their app. Monzo is missing small perks that make all the difference to me as a customer.
