I have banked with Triodos for several years now and am very happy with the prompt customer service, the easy-to-use app, its security and what sets it apart from other banks - its ethics. I can bank there with peace of mind.

I have been entirely happy with Triodos since swapping. I have had amazing customer service, the banking app issuer friendly and I feel well looked after. However, the main reason I swapped was for ethical considerations and I now feel reassured about what my money is being invested in and that gives me peace of mind.

Triodos do not take us for granted. I've never had anything but polite, extremely helpful customer service, easy to use banking app and informative, regular emails. My main reason for swapping was because of its environmental and social credentials. Instead of funding fossil fuels, Triodos supports projects that have a positive impact on our planet and people. It's a no-brainer.
