Received my tax return from the hmrc early this morning to find my account blocked.. it’s my main account and I literally can’t even eat.. I’m contacting the financial ombudsman in the morning.. they have also cost me a job as I can’t even afford to get there.. I think the news papers are worth a call, people need to know they don’t follow guidelines
