BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND EXTRA FEES

NO GOOD CUSTUMER SERVICE AND EXTRA FEES. I got my card cancelled and tried to get in touch to change my details. Lines were busy so I went for the chat wich they advise you to do on the recording over the phone. There the person on the other side told me to wait that they would contact my in 72hs. I waited, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. They charged my the 30pounds admin fee. I TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH, to wich they told me to wait. Not fair to pay the 30 pounds extra fee. So if you are thinking about signing with them, consider this problem. Reviewed on: 26th April 2021
