I've just been with JL car insurance for one year but I'm impressed with their service. Unfortunately 3 months after taking out my policy I was involved in an accident. Effortless Claim

Started a new car insurance policy in October only to have to claim following a rear end shunt in December. The claim process was simple and my car was repaired within a short time, I would recommend. Reviewed on: 15th September 2019

Wish the 5% Interest Rate was for the first 6 months

A new customer to AE to take advantage of the interest rate on purchases; this is a good deal but it's a shame it can't be extended for six months. Reviewed on: 8th June 2019

Much Improved

I had an Amex credit card about 10 years ago and I am pleased to say that there are far more companies that now accept payments on an Amex credit card now; excellent cashback rates, albeit for only the first few months but if you time your application right (maybe just before you start your Xmas shopping) then you'd have a nice little earner to put towards the following year's Christmas. Confusing

RAC seem to be the only insurance company who specify that the NCB is in the name of the main driver rather than the policyholder. This caused no end of problems when I was shopping around for new insurance and necessitated me cancelling another car insurance policy early so I could use the NCB from that vehicle. So frustrating. RAC are the only company who specify this so it caused unnecessary frustration. Avoid. Reviewed on: 28th July 2017

Home Insurance Claim

We were in the unfortunate position of having sustained some damage to our roof as a result of a storm at the beginning of 2016; the claim process was quick and easy, the loss adjuster visited quickly and the claim was settled promptly. Reviewed on: 28th October 2016
