New card. Impossible to activate

Like others has transferred to PO. Unable to log on and also got asked non sensical questions about previous transactions even though it’s a new card. I’ve now been told I’ll be called back in 7 days. I will be asking them to close my account. I’ve just opened another account with a different provider in the last 10 minutes Reviewed on: 11th May 2021
