Nothing but terrible customer service since they took over my Post Office Credit Card. Took 3 attempts to get the account closed, and now money has been refunded to it (from a cancelled holiday) that I can’t get because I “failed security” ! I didn’t know the exact month the account was opened (which was about 12 years ago for crying out loud). Just an awful company to deal with, the sooner I can get my money back and never have to deal with them again, the better....
