Was able to secure a good 5 year fixed rate. Not really had to interact as I always pay on time.
Will probably remortgage with them again if their rates are competitive in 2024.

Loan was arranged super quick but I thought the fees were a little high… but then that’s their mode as interest goes to the lenders.
But now Metro own the loan book so the fees look excessive.
