Customer services not aware of the contents in standard letters sent to customers.
Wanted to pass me to manager for clarification on details, on hold for 30 minutes.
Advisor to me that another department would email me, I asked her to confirm my email address.....There wasn't on in the system.... so I would never have received an email :-)
All I wanted to do was invest money. I'll look elsewhere now not backed by HM Treasury.
