I was happy with the card until I realised I was being charged £2 a month non use fees after I had not used the card during Covid. I accept this charge was in the small print but I find it unacceptable that I was not informed about the deductions from my card and did not find out until I realised £10 was missing from my account. The app is clearly designed to make it deliberately difficult to see the charges. The default page showing the Euros balance on your card shows ‘no transactions in the last 6 months’ and it is only when you navigate 6 pages to the GB balance page that you can find the deductions. I rang up and cancelled the card having felt I had been deliberately misled.
