This company is an absolute disgrace. Took a policy out for my daughter who is a learner driver. The premium came in low. I called today to say my daughter passed her test and was told that due to her passing her test within 40 days of taking out the policy, they had to talk with an underwriter to get it renewed. On getting the authority to renew I was told the premium goes from £360 to well over £2000. When I took the policy out after speaking to a member of staff I was not made aware of this. I have now gone and cancelled the policy and was told that as this is after the 14 days I would be charged £50 admin fee, their commission, no refund for the excess cover and legal cover plus other premium charges. In total, out of the £360 I paid for the 12 months cover I will be getting just over £100 back in refund for 15 days cover. Be very aware of this company and how they deceive you. I am now reporting them to the Insurance Ombudsman.
