Easy to use and set up, great tone of voice on all comms. Love the spending tracker and how it's all allocated to categories.

Can't fault Aviva at all. They were easy to contact through the app. Comms slowed down slightly but that was due to a storm so understandable. Paid out extremely promptly so I could get my damaged bathroom repaired.

Brilliant website, app, comms, got my sign up bonus faster than advertised. The app has better functionality than First Direct and I like the fact it is a Mutual.

It took an eternity to transfer in from Nest... I thought this was Nest's poor CX. Now it's taking an eternity to move from Royal London to Aviva. Each side says the other is causing the delays.
