i have had good customer service in branch but bad service from online and when trying to do chargebacks definitely could do better and probably will leave the bank when i can sort another bank out that is better

I always get good service from them it is sometines a bit of a wait to see people but they are friendlier than your normal bank staff

its a welcoming branch in my locality but the problem i have with the account is i get absolutely no interest payed on my account at all which is a disgrace

i had a complaint regarding a problem I had still not been contacted after four emails and been with them years very disappointed in the customer service lately and the few people they have in branch

i thought you were given a more personalized service but tried to open an account to transfer my other account over to and they were not as easy or quick or personal as I thought so have to reconsider my decision and go else where
