I have been with NatWest for nearly 30 years, never had a problem and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They keep you updated regularly with new products and it is convenient to go into the high street bank where it is very clean and modern.

I have been driving for over 30 years and had no claims of over 5 years. I then took a company car which had insurance included for over 2 years. When I bought a car again I found that lots of insurance companies would not take into account my NCD as it was over 2 years ago. I was advised to try Adrian Flux, who, although a little more expensive to a normal insurance company were very fair against if I would have lost all my discount.
