I have had this account for a long time now - yes there may well be slightly better deals or tempting offers but I am so happy with the service that I don't want to change

I have had the account for some time now and it is still one of the best interest paying current accounts on the market. Online banking is easy and customer services have always been helpful and pleasant

I took out Virgin Money Travel Insurance last year and although a couple of pounds more than the cheapest ones I could find, well worth it in my opinion for peace of mind. They are so easy to apply online and took minutes. Instructions and small print (not so small) was clear and I was able to add threats of terrorism and flight delays to it for an extra couple of £.... They reply quickly by post with a Virgin Money Card to keep on you with your account details and numbers needed. They automatically renew each year - so up to you if you want to search for other details but in this case I am happy to stay put

I have had a Santander 123 account since they first came out and even though they have recently increased the monthly fee I still earn more interest than I would else where. Online facilities are great - never had a problem with them! When I have rang them for anything they have always dealt with and given answers to any questions I had straight away

I have to say that I have had a Halifax Clarity Card now for about 3 years and it has been really true to its word - CLARITY - no hidden fees in exchange rates for travellers like me and it gives me a much better rate of exchange on purchases abroad than any other card I have had. It is actually better than cash !
