I have used the Flex plus roadside car service twice - and they are excellent, I also had a mobile phone claim that was dealt with really quickly.

Went into branch to enquired about using my card abroad. I was told that there would be charges, but to call their helpline to get up to date charges and fees.

I opened a flex plus account after a review in branch. I was impressed that with net cost of £5 a month I get my money secure in trustworthy place. I had to use both the mobile phone insurance and car breakdown. The service was very good.
