I'm a grandmother living on her own in a very rural area and after making my claim over a week ago I am still waiting for a courtesy car. The staff are inept, unintelligent, without integrity. You will spend hours on the phone trying to resolve your issues. You will waste time & money and create a lot of stress & illness should you use this incompetent s h i t company. Stay away. Be warned
