I wanted to stooze my credit card balance and applied for a Virgin Money credit card and the process was so easy from the application to the transfer. I was so impressed by the ease of applying for the card online, the instant decision and the fact that I could transfer the balance of my existing credit card straight away without any hassle. I expected this to be complicated and it wasn't. Thank you

I have had a business account with HSBC for a few years and also have bank accounts with two other banks. I use online banking at all three banks and find that HSBC online banking is nowhere near as user friendly as the others. The log in process is fiddly and inconvenient. Trying to find transactions that have been processed for a specific period is not easy and I am speaking as someone who has worked in the finance industry for many years. Come on HSBC look at making improvements to make it more user friendly.

The NatWest Black account really is something a little different when it comes to bank accounts. This account is like having your very own PA. The ticket booking service is outstanding and genuinely saves you money, I have used this many times over the last two years and have found it to be invaluable. When you total the amount it would cost you to pay for individual services and benefits from elsewhere the NatWest Black account is very good value for money.
