I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY IN MY POCKIT ACCOUNT.

ONE STARS GIVEN, PURLY BECAUSE I CAN'T LEAVE MINUS STARS. FOR OVER 4 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY IN MY POCKIT ACCOUNT. E-MAIL QUESTIONS TO POCKIT DO NOT RECEIVE CREDIBLE ANSWERS-IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL- AND NO TIME GIVEN AS TO WHEN MY ACCOUNT WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN. THEY ASK FOR PROOF OF MY VARIOUS DETAILS WHICH ARE ONLY STALLING METHODS TO AVOID DOING ANYTHING. WHY DOESN'T THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN DO ANYTHING? THEY MUST HAVE THOUSANDS OF POCKIT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE CONTACTED THEM WHO ARE IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME. THEY ARE STILL TAKING ON NEW CUSTOMERS, HOW CAN THIS BE WHEN THINGS ARE AS THEY ARE?
