When my cat Theo wasn't just himself, he was off his food and not his usual lively self I didn't know what was wrong with him but thanks to Petplan I was able to take him to my local vets to be assessed without worrying about the vet fees. I found out that his temperature was raised and he had some enlarged lymphatic glands indicating a possible infection. Theo was kept in the vets for 3 days, put on a drip and given if antibiotics . Thanks to Petplan a time that was stressful for me was much easier as I only had to pay the excess on my policy. I have been insured by Petplan since I got Theo over 2 years ago and have always been pleased with the service and cost of insurance. My only claim was dealt with promptly and I didn't have to do anything, my vets carried out the claim. I enjoy receiving their news letters with useful information about pets and would always recommend Petplan to other people
