Reading my policy wording it appears to be a really good value policy for the amount I pay, and the staff have always been pleasant to deal with. Can't fault them.

Nice customer service staff, submitting a claim was user friendly although it can take some time for claims to be paid.

I have five policies with petplan and throughout all of my claims they have been efficient, thorough and reasonable. They are expensive but worth the extra money!
