Online Banking and general customer service is really good. It has become quite expensive, and be aware that the insurance "perks" offer only the lowest possible level of service and cover. AA cover wont get you home, mobile phone cover charges you £100 you a replacement handset of their choosing, etc. etc. So check its suitable for you.
