I’ve had my Vanquis card for over two years. It’s very easy to manage. New transactions and payment information are clearly explained. The app is excellent and I’ve had no problem getting through to customer service. I’ve had issues with overspending and credit limits are thoughtfully monitored to limit risk.

I have had a Smile current account with The CoOperative Bank for over 20 years. The account has been run perfectly for the entire period - no mistakes, no unfair charges, staff always accessible , knowledgeable and helpful. I have no complaints at all and am very satisfied with the service.

PayPlan is a very well run and regulated compliant. Their staff are knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly helpful. PayPlan should absolutely win an award for the positive difference they bring to their clientele.
