Business Banking a complete shambles

If I could give less than 1 star I would, since switiching as part of the RBS switch programme my banking has been a disaster. Every day I waste up to 3 hours on the phone trying to unblock my account in order to try and trade. I have left 10 complaints and nobody seems interested. Currently looking for an alternative.
