ok never had to call then to make a claim but every year there price is very competitive and if it even goes up it justifiable so no problem. called once or twice and very helpful customer services team.

been with Cycleplan for two years and not had any issues, there if you need on the phone and renewal process easy and increase after initial offer very fair.
