Started okay but once the mortgage process got under way they were complete amatures when it came to basic communication. I spoke to two people who sounded like they had just left school and sounded shy, unaware of what I was asking and didn't know how to find answers. Could have done a better job myself but I suppose it was a free service, I was just new to the whole mortgage process.

I was told if I paid monthly for the Current Account I would enjoy a better credit rating and access to better mortgage packages. When it came to getting a mortgage I found this to be false. I complained to the financial ombudsman and they ruled in their favour just because they didn't have a full record of why I signed up to the paid package. Just like all other banks, not ethical like they try to pass off to being.

I got reversed into and the vehicle ran over the whole bike. I wasn't aware I could bypass my insurance, just going through the drivers own insurance. Cycle Plan was ready to replace my two year old bike for a new one. Wasn't until I was told by my OH that I shouldn't go through mine. I applaud CyclePlan for standing by me and not recommending I don't use them.
