great app, had no issues with this bank - i did with my previous bank and i am very happy with the lloyds account and the free gift (a magazine subscription which i love)

i have had previous issues with other banks. Lloyds have quite simply never stitched me up or given me any issues - the app is easy to use and intuitive and i have no complaints about them at all.

had to change cars - took me days on the phone. such a hard company to deal with - should have been the easiest thing in the world. sort yourselves out for people who lease please!

i've heard horror stories about lloyds but i've never had any issues with them - and when i have had to contact them they have been quite helpful.

it took me 5 long years but thanks to PayPlan i am completely debt free, after being in a very sticky situation a few years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and have now rebuilt my credit rating thanks to their help
