My car insurance was up for renewal. I received no email towards renewal . I then get a text message " if you want to continue with policy reply back 'yes' and we will do the rest".
I didn't reply back as found a cheaper quote etc. I then get a text message saying my policy has been renewed and the direct debit is set for the 4th of every month???. How can anyone renew a policy when I haven't agreed to anything!?!. Stay clear of this company.
