I got an email to tell me my payment was overdue, no email to say when it was due, just after the event to tell me they had taken £14 for nothing. No means of contacting them. Didnt download the app as it has a 1* rating. so trying to do it online, aargh. the statement is so tiny I cant read it, I have to download it to see it. Cancelling as soon as I can get hold of anyone.
