I still have an ongoing claim from nearly 2 years ago. After being shunted from behind, I ended up stranded at a motorway service station, on my own, spending nearly 6 hours on the phone trying to get something sorted. I kept getting passed from one department to another and each person told me something different. I didn't think it could get any worse, but it did. The whole claim has been an absolute shambles and still isn't sorted out. Never again.
