I've been with Aviva for a few years now - renewing the car insurance, and making adjustments to policies has been pretty straightforward, and I like that they explicitly include use of the car for voluntary work, which my wife and I do a lot of.
The real challenge with insurance companies comes when you have a claim of course, and on the one occasion that we've had to make a claim on any of our Aviva policies, the process was very straightforward and proactive, with Aviva's staff being very helpful, and things happening in the timescale that they'd laid out. They are not necessarily the cheapest quote on every occasion, but sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for the quality of service.

I've organised my business van insurance with One for the last couple of years, and on both occasions it's been a very straightforward experience, with a quick response to any queries or questions that I've had. Would definitely use again.
