I use on-line banking as a preference and the First Direct on-line banking system is second to none. I have had other online bank accounts over the years and none have worked as well and seamlessly as the First Direct product. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Using this provider for a few years with automatic renewal I became aware that each year the premium rose considerably. I cancelled my renewal this September and changed insurers with a saving of over £90. I am an experienced driver with over 50 years of driving experience so there is no excuse for such discrepancy in various premiums.
