I have had my home insurance with Sainsbury's and have always found them easy to deal with and cost effective. I pay towards Family Legal Protection, bundled in my package. I have tried to contact DLG Legal Services and can only say that I am frustrated and disappointed. Wait time is unacceptable and then it directs you to a Vodafone voice message. No welcome message, so this could be anyone's voicemail. I have no option to remove the cost of legal cover from my insurance package. This is a complete rip-off!
